Ylläs Jazz Blues ennakkoliput

1. Valitse haluamasi liput ostoskoriin.
2. ”Näytä ostoskori” = pääset tarkistamaan ja muokkaamaan ostoskoriasi.
3. ”Siirry maksamaan” = pääset maksamaan liput kassalle
4. Kassa voit valita maksutavaksi
   • Mobile Pay
   • Trystly – verkkopankkimaksut (via PayPal)
   • Smartun
   • EPassi
   • PayPal
   • Lasku sähköpostiin
5. kun suoritus on kirjautunut, saat sähköpostiisi maksuvahvistuksen
6. säilytä maksuvahvistus ja vaihda se pääsylippuihin festivaalitoimistossa!

HUOM! Mikäli valitset maksutavaksi ”Lasku sähköpostiin”, lippuja varataan 24h jonka jälkeen ne palautetaan myyntiin mikäli niitä ei ole maksettu

VARAUSEHDOT

Tilaus- /maksuvahvistus tai PayPal-kuitti eivät kelpaa pääsylippuna vaan ne tulee vaihtaa pääsylippuihin festivaalitoimistossa.

Verkkokaupasta hankituille ennakkolipuille ei ole yleistä 14 vrk peruutusaikaa, vaan lippukauppa on sitova.

Ostetut liput on mahdollista palauttaa ainoastaan, jos tapahtuma peruuntuu tai siirtyy toiseen ajankohtaan.

Mahdollisessa peruutus- tai siirtotilanteessa olemme lipun ostaneisiin sähköpostitse yhteydessä. Palautamme lipunhinnan, jos uusi ajankohta ei sovi sinulle.

Ylläs Jazz Blues Advance Tickets

1. Select the desired tickets and add them to the shopping cart.
2. “View Cart or Näytä ostoskori” = you can check and edit your shopping cart.
3. “Proceed to Checkout or Siirry maksamaan” = you can pay for the tickets at the checkout.
4. At the checkout, you can choose the payment method:
   • Mobile Pay
   • Trystly – online banking payments (via PayPal)
   • Smartum
   • EPassi
   • PayPal
   • Invoice to email
5. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Please keep the payment confirmation and exchange it for entry tickets at the festival office!

NOTE! If you choose “Invoice to email” as the payment method, tickets will be reserved for 24 hours, after which they will be returned to sale if not paid for.

BOOKING TERMS

Order/payment confirmation or PayPal receipt is not valid as an entry ticket but must be exchanged for entry tickets at the festival office.

There is no general 14-day cancellation policy for advance tickets purchased from the online store, and the ticket sale is binding.

Purchased tickets can only be refunded if the event is canceled or postponed to another date.

In the case of cancellation or a rescheduling situation, we will contact the ticket purchasers via email. We will refund the ticket price if the new date does not suit you.
